Lawrence Gasman

Lawrence Gasman is the founder of CIR and has been tracking the commercial opportunities emerging from new technologies for more than three decades.  He has founded three industry analyst firms and built analyst teams to carry out this work.  During 2017, CIR began coverage of the quantum computing and quantum technology sector and CIR has already published market assessments and forecasts of QKD and quantum networking, with more reports in the quantum technology field to be published by CIR in 2018. Gasman’s consulting work has included both major multinationals and high-tech start-ups as clients and he has also carried out due diligence work for investment banks, venture capitalists and leading management consulting firms. He is also the author of numerous articles on the economics of technology and of four books covering telecommunications, photonics and nanotechnology.
